Therapy
To really understand the
value and effectiveness of Subconscious Therapy, first, make sure
you have an understanding of the Subconscious
mind.
Once you understand how the
subconscious works, it's no surprise that much of what we do, how we
react, and how we behave seems out of our control. Our
emotions, thoughts, self-talk, etc. are all controlled by our
subconscious mind. So many of us spend so much time, energy,
and even money trying to "fix" or solve our problems
consciously. It often seems like a slow and gruesome
process!
Recently,
articles written about the effectiveness and versatility of
subconscious types of therapy have been popping up in many of the
mainstream publications such as Business Week and The Wall Street
Journal. These magazines and news journals are reporting the
successful use of hypnosis and NLP in everything from treating
chronic pain, helping with cancer patients, and eliminating skin
conditions to removing phobias, bad habits, anxiety and post
traumatic stress disorder. We are convinced that no other method can
offer a person more freedom, a greater sense of purpose or a truer
feeling of contribution than the rewarding fields of hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistics.
For example check out these statistics on recovery rates revealed by
a survey of Psychotherapy Literature by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D.
-
Psychoanalysis:
......38%
recovery rate after 600 sessions
-
Behavioral
Therapy
.72% recovery rate after 22
sessions
-
Hypnotherapy/NLP
...
93%
recovery rate after 6 sessions
Now, mainstream society has us
"programmed" to believe that anything worth anything takes
a lot of time and a lot of hard work! How can this stuff work
this fast and this good, right?! Well, it can. You'll
just have to take our word for it, and experience the change
yourself... OR you can take the old route, and spend the time,
money, and emotional expenditure to do it the hard way!
Our therapists have gone both routes,
and have experienced first hand, the power in Subconscious therapy
and training. After 2 years in traditional cognitive therapy,
Roger had experienced some change, but it was slow, and sometimes
painful. After discovering Subconscious Therapy, and working
quite intensively, after 4 months, he experienced almost complete
healing and growth on all of the issues he had been tackling for the
two previous years. Now, it's more like fine tuning and
maintenance. He's experiencing life at a higher, happier, and
more fulfilled level than he had ever imagined, and has devoted his
life to helping others find the same success and happiness that this
work can bring.
One of the fundamental truths held in
this work, is that you already have everything that you need to
reach your goals, heal your wounds, and create whatever you want in
your life. Our job is not to tell you how, but to act as a
guide, shedding light on the parts of your journey that seem a
little dark and confusing, allowing you to find your way. All
it takes, is a willingness and desire to grow, heal, or change, and
a level of trust in your practitioner that will grow and develop
over time.
If you haven't attended our "Understanding
the Subconscious" Workshops, make sure you are in the next
one. You won't regret it!
If you still have any questions about
Subconscious Therapy, please don't hesitate to contact
us and speak to one of our practitioners.
